1 1/2 c boiling water
1 c quick oatmeal
1 c brown sugar
1 c white sugar
2 eggs
1 c chocolate chips
3/4 c margarine
1 3/4 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon

Frosting:
6 Tbsp milk
6 Tbsp margarine
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Pour water over oatmeal and let stand until lukewarm. Cream together sugars, eggs and margarine. Sift flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon and add to the egg mixture. Add oatmeal and beat well. Add chocolate chips and spread into greased jelly roll pan (12 x 18 x 1). Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.

Frosting: Bring milk, margarine and sugar to a hard boil. Boil 30 seconds. Beat in chocolate chips until melted. Beat until frosting is thick and creamy. Cool slightly and spread on bars.
