onions
elbow macaroni
stewed tomatoes
regular tomatoes
canned tomato soup
salt & pepper
Worchestershire sauce
grated American cheese

Red Jello with bananas and whipped cream
buns, pickles, etc.

Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion. Cook macaroni, drain and add to hamburger. Add the rest of the ingredients except the cheese. Top with it.

After the Westby families quit getting together for Christmas Eve, we began a Christmas Eve dinner that has continued as a tradition. In fact, the last time Ervin really talked was on his last Christmas Eve. John asked him "What kind of pie will you have, rhubarb or pumpkin?" and Ervin said, "I'll have a little of each." We were all so happy.
