2 CANS PINK SALMON (REMOVE BONES)

3 BOILED EGGS (CHOPPED)

3 CUPS DICED VEGGIES

1 CABBAGE

2 C. SPINACH

1 LB PEAS

1 CUP QUINOA

2 TSP OLIVE OIL

DICE AND COOK ALL FISH IN A PAN WITH ONE TEAS. OLIVE OIL.IN A DEEP POT ADD 8 CUPS OF WATER AND VEGGIES AND BRING TO A BOIL THEN SIMMER FOR 10 MINUTES. DRAIN WATER THEN MIX FISH INTO VEGGIES. COOK FOR 5 MINUTES ON SIMMER, REMOVE FROM HEAT ADD EGGS.
