1 pkg lasagna noodles
3 lbs ground beef
3 6 oz cans tomato paste
oregano
basil
garlic (minced)
grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp sugar
salt & pepper
10 oz ricotta cheese
fresh chopped parsley
1 egg
1 1/4 lbs mozzerella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot, brown ground beef, Drain. Add tomato paste, 6 cups of water, oregano, basil, sugar, salt & pepper. Stir & simmer 2 hours stirring occasionally. Cook noodles according to package. Drain & lay out flat on a dish towel. In a medium bowl, add ricotta, parsley, salt & pepper and egg. Mix. Add just enough sauce to a greased 9 x 13 pan to cover the bottom. Step 1: lay noodles in pan, overlapping edges. Add meat sauce, small dollups of ricotta mixture and mozzerella. Step 2: lay noodles in opposite direction (cut to fit). Add meat sauce, ricotta mixture and mozzerella. Repeat Step 1. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Cover with foil. Bake in preheated 350º oven 20-25 minutes. remove foil. Bake 10 minutes to brown.
