CREAM PUFF SHELLS

1/2 CUP BUTTER
1 CUP WATER
1/4 TEASPOON SALT
1 CUP FLOUR
4 EGGS


CHOCOLATE GLAZE

2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
SEMI-SWEET CHOCOLATE
1 CUP POWDERED SUGAR
3 TABLE SPOONS MILK

CREAM PUFF SHELLS

PREHEAT OVEN TO 425 DEGREES.
IN A LARGE POT BRING WATER & BUTTER TO A ROLLING BOIL. STIR IN FLOUR & SALT, UNTIL MIXTURE FORMS A BALL. TRANSFER THE DOUGH TO A LARGE MIXING BOWL. USING A WOODEN SPOON, OR STAND MIXER, BEAT IN THE EGGS ONE AT A TIME, MIXING WELL AFTER EACH ONE. DROP TABLESPOON FULLS ONTO UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET. BAKE 20-25 MINUTES OR UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.
FILL EACH SHELL WITH FRESH WHIPPED CREAM.

CHOCOLATE GLAZE

MELT CHOCOLATE & BUTTER, THEN ADD MILK & SUGAR
