4 CUPS ELBOW MACARONI, UNCOOKED
1/2 CUP BUTTER
1/4 CUP ALL PURPOSE FLOUR
5 CUPS MILK
4 CUPS SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
1 TABLESPOON DRY MUSTARD WITH BUTTER & FLOUR
SALT TO TASTE
PEPPER TO TASTE

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES

COOK PASTA IN LARGE SAUCE PAN OVER MEDIUM HEAT.

MELT BUTTER AND BLEND IN FLOUR, SALT & PEPPER.

GRADUALLY STIR IN MILK. COOK STIRRING CONSTANTLY, UNTIL SAUCE THICKENS, AND MIXTURE BEGINS TO BOIL.

ADD CHEESE. STIR UNTIL CHEESE IS MELTED.

IN A 3 QUART CASSEROLE DISH, STIR TOGETHER PASTA AND CHEESE SAUCE. BAKE 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL BUBBLY.
