4-6 GARLIC CLOVES
1/2 CUP ROMANO CHEESE - GRATED
1 TEASPOON PARSLEY
OLIVE OIL (A LOT)

USE BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS - POUND UNTIL REALLY THIN

MIX ABOVE INGREDIENTS TOGETHER. BE SURE TO CRUMBLE THE CRACKERS

BEAT EGGS - DIP CHICKEN IN EGG THEN DIP CUTLETS IN ABOVE MIXTURE.

FRY OR SAUTEE IN A LOT OF OLIVE OIL UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. BE SURE CHICKEN IS COOKED WELL
