5 eggs
½ red bell pepper chopped
½ green bell pepper chopped
salt & pepper to taste
8 slices of cooked bacon
8 oz. crescent rolls refrigerated
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees In a bowl beat eggs with the chopped peppers and salt & pepper. Cook the eggs so that they are scrambled. Lay out the crescent rolls on parchment paper like a star. On each crescent roll, lay a piece of bacon. Add half of the cheese around the ring. Add scrambled eggs around the ring and top with the remaining cheese. Fold crescents over, tucking end under the middle circle. Bake for 20 minutes or until the crescents are cooked and golden brown. Garnish with parsley. Serve hot.
