1/2 CUP SUGAR
2 EGGS
1 TEASPOON SALT
1/2 CUP MILK
5 CUPS FLOUR
2 YEAST CAKES (2 TABLESPOONS - LOOSE)
15 CARDAMOM SEEDS - GROUND

HEAT MILK AND MELT BUTTER
SIFT DRY INGREDIENTS. ADD SEEDS AND YEAST. 1/3 TO DRY INGREDIENTS
ADD EGGS AND LIQUID
PUT IN REFRIGERATOR OVER NIGHT

THE NEXT DAY, ROLL OUT ON FLOURED BOARD, LIKE CRESCENT DOUGH, AND CUT INTO PIE SHAPE WEDGES. ROLL THEM UP AND BAKE IN 375 DEGREE OVEN FOR TEN TO TWELVE MINUTES

A GLAZE CAN BE MADE OUT OF CONFECTIONERS SUGAR, BUTTER AND MILK
