1 doz. Hard boiled eggs peeled
c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. honey mustard
4 stipes bacon, crumbled
2 handfuls of cherry tomatoes, quartered
1 handful of basil leaves chopped
Chili powder to dust

Directions:
Directions:
Place eggs in pan and boil for 10 Minutes on high heat.

Slice eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolk. Put all the yolks in a small mixing bowl and all the whites on a platter.

Add mayonnaise and honey mustard to the yolks and mix until well combined and sort of fluffy.

Fold in the crumbled bacon, tomatoes, and basil. (Reserve a little of the basil for garnishing)

Fill center of egg whites by spooning or pipping in the yolk mixture. Garnish with basil and dust with chili powder.
