2 1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup cornstarch
3 Tbsp Instant Coffee
1/2 tsp salt
8 cups 1/2 and 1/2
6 slightly beaten eggs
2 Tbsp vanilla
2 squares chocolate
Directions:
Directions:
Cook 1-2 min in micro till thick.
Stir in some hot mixture with eggs, add all to remaining hot mixture.
Cook till mixed and stir 1 minute.
Chill, add vanilla.
Melt chocolate and add to chilled cream mix, stir constantly.
Freeze in ice cream freezer.
