1 1 lb. box graham crackers
2 small packages instant French Vanilla pudding
3 C milk
1 8 oz. Cool Whip

Frosting:
2 envelopes (not boxes) unsweetened, pre-melted chocolate
2 Tbl. oleo, softened
2 tsp. white corn syrup
2 Tbl. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 C powdered sugar

Directions:
Butter bottom of 9x13 pan. Line with whole graham crackers (may have to break apart to completely line pan). Mix pudding with milk, beat 2 minutes at medium speed; blend in Cool Whip.

Pour 1/2 pudding mixture over graham crackers. Cover with another layer of graham crackers and remaining pudding. Top with layer of graham crackers and frost.


Frosting:
Beat until smooth. Spread over cake.

Refrigerate 24 hours or overnight.
