1/2 cup olive oil
2 large cloves of garlic, minced
1lb chopped spinach
1/3 cup grated onion
1lb lean ground beef
4 eggs
1-2 tsp salt
1 dash of pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Saute garlic and onion in olive oil.
Brown beef and drain.
Mix together in pan, cover, and cook on moderate heat until eggs are firm.
Serve from pan.
(Don't spare the garlic)
