1 10" spring form pan

1 box ginger snaps
6 Tbl. butter, melted

1 pint chocolate ice cream
1 pint chocolate chip mint ice cream
1 1 lb. can dark pitted sweet cherries, drained
1 pint strawberry ice cream
1 pint vanilla ice cream
3-4 oz. chopped nuts

Note: Haagen Dazs ice cream is perfect for this recipe

Crush box of ginger snaps. Mix with melted butter and pat on bottom of pan to form crust. Freeze.

While the crust is freezing (and each layer after that), take out the next pint of ice cream to soften.

Spread chocolate ice cream. Freeze.
Spread chocolate chip mint ice cream. Freeze.
Spread cherries. Freeze.
Spread strawberry ice cream. Freeze.
Spread vanilla ice cream. Freeze.
Spread chopped nuts on top to form top crust. Freeze until ready to serve.

If using Haagen Dazs ice cream, this will freeze very hard and will need to sit out for a bit to be able to slice the cake.
