1 ½ cups ketchup
3 tablespoons molasses
3 tablespoons wine or cider vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
¼ cup onion, finely grated
1 large clove garlic, minced
½ cup butter, melted
¼ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
2 large flank steaks

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients for the BBQ Sauce except the flank steaks in a gallon plastic bag with a zipper seal. Add the flank steaks and marinade in the refrigerator overnight, or, at least, 8 hours. To cook, grill over charcoal to desired doneness, about 7 to 8 minutes per side for medium. Cut diagonally into strips.
