3 pounds pork loin, trimmed
1 tablespoon oil
Salt and pepper
4 cloves garlic, minced
⅓ cup light brown sugar
8 slices thick-cut bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Rub the oil on the pork loin. Salt and pepper to taste. Add the garlic and brown sugar to the top of the pork. Wrap the pork with the bacon. Place carefully into the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours. If you prefer the bacon to be crisp, place the pork loin on a baking sheet in the middle of an oven, set to broil, for 2 to 3 minutes.
