8 slices bacon
8 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
½ c. mayonnaise
1 c. shredded Gruyere (or swiss)
2 tbsp. finely chopped green onion
½ sleeve Ritz crackers
3 tbsp. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Cook the bacon until crisp, break into crumbles. Mix together the cream cheese, mayonnaise and Gruyere (or swiss). Stir in the green onions and bacon. Spread evenly in a shallow baking dish. Crush the crackers and mix together with the butter. Sprinkle on top of cheese and bacon mixture. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until hot. Serve with crackers.
