½ c. brown sugar
½ c. white sugar
2 T. flour
¼ t. salt
1 c. cream
2-3 c. apples, peeled and sliced
cinnamon
nutmeg, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Put sliced apples in unbaked pie shell. Mix sugars, flour and cinnamon together, sprinkle over apples. Pour cream over apples. Bake at 400º for 5-7 minutes then reduce heat to 350º for about 45 minutes, or until apples are tender.
