c. brown sugar
c. white sugar
2 T. flour
t. salt
1 c. cream
2-3 c. apples, peeled and sliced
cinnamon
nutmeg, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Put sliced apples in unbaked pie crust. Mix sugars, flour and cinnamon together, sprinkle over apples. Pour cream over apples. Bake at 400 for 5-7 minutes then reduce heat to 350 for about 45 minutes, or until apples are tender.
