Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup butter
2 tablespoons light corn syrup
2 tablespoons water
1 cup sugar
1 ½ to 2 cups chopped walnuts or lightly toasted almonds
9 ½ ounces milk chocolate, coarsely chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Put butter, corn syrup, water, and sugar into a heavy pan in the order given. Place a lid on the pan and bring to a boil over low heat. Remove the lid and cook to hard crack stage, 290°F. Do not stir at any time. While the syrup is cooking, pour the nuts on a 12 by 18-inch cookie sheet. Spread the chopped chocolate bar over the nuts. Pour the candy syrup over the nuts and chocolate. Smooth quickly or simple shake the pan to even out the roca. Break the candy into pieces as you would peanut brittle once it has cooled, several hours or overnight. It will take a while for the chocolate to harden again.
