Crust:
22 graham crackers (1/2 rectangles)
4 Tbsps. melted butter
2 Tbsps. Sugar

Filling:
1 Lb. cream cheese
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 pint sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350; a 9 inch Spring Form pan is needed. To make the crust, crush crackers and mix sugar and butter into the crackers. Spread onto pan bottom.For the filling, whip cream cheese until fluffy, adding the sugar gradually. Beat the eggs into the mixture one at a time. Add the sour cream and vanilla. Pour the mixture into the crust. Bake for about one 1 hour or until the center of the cake is set. Turn off oven and let cake cool in oven for about two 2 hours. Refrigerate. Serve when ready.
