2 lb. ground beef
2 stalks celery
1 bell pepper
2 small onions
2 8 oz. cans tomato sauce
1/2 C ketchup
1/2 C BBQ sauce
2 Tbl. firmly-packed brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
Salt and pepper
2 Tbl. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbl. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef, celery, pepper and onion; drain fat.

2. Stir in remaining ingredients; simmer covered 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. If mixture appears too "loose" leave cover off the skillet while cooking and let moisture evaporate.

4. Cook to desired consistency for serving on toasted buns.
