4 hard boiled eggs
1/4 C melted butter or margarine
1/4 C sifted all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt and dash pepper
2 C milk

1 lb. bulk pork sausage, cooked and drained
1 1 lb. can (2 C) whole kernel corn, drained

1 C bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 375º F.

Slice 2 of the hard boiled eggs into 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.

In saucepan, melt butter or margarine; blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add milk all at once. Cook, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and bubbles. Stir in sausage and corn. Pour over sliced eggs.

Slice remaining 2 hard boiled eggs. Arrange eggs over top of sausage mixture. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Bake for 20-25 min. or until heated through.
