2 C cut-up, fully cooked smoked ham
1 C shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 C chopped onion

4 eggs
2 C milk
1 C Bisquick
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 400º F.

Grease pie plate 10 x 1 1/2".

1. Sprinkle ham, cheese & onion in plate.

2. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth - 15 seconds on blender, 1 min. with mixer.

3. Pour into plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted into center comes out clean. (about 35-40 min.)

Cool 5 minutes before serving.
