1 lb lean beef thin cut
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp liquid smoke
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 gallon zip seal bag

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the beef in to thin strips and trim off excess fat on both sides
Do this for all the meat and place in a zip lock bag
Add the seasoning in the bag and stir tell coated lay the bag on a plate in the fridge and let marinate for at least 2 hours or marinade over night
Line the air fryer basket with a sheet of foil spread the beef slices onto the foil and insert rack if u can get one that fits and place remaining slices onto the rack air fry for 45 minutes at 160 removed the pot flip the meat air fry for an additional 15 minutes u can do this in the oven at 400 for 45 minutes
