1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 17 oz. can corn, drained
2 eggs, beaten slightly
1 1/2 C cottage cheese with chives, drained
1 Tbl. flour
1 8 oz can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 C. grated Parmasean cheese
1 C. grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 C slivered almonds

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F.

Brown the ground beef and drain. Meanwhile, spread the corn in the bottom of an 11x7 baking dish. Combine eggs and cottage cheese and spread this mixture over corn.

Stir flour into the browned ground beef and cook 1 min. Add tomato sauce, garlic, and cinnamon. layer the meat mixture on top of the cottage cheese and egg.

Sprinkle with cheeses and nuts on top.

Bake, uncovered, at 350 F for 30 minutes.
