1 lb. bulk sausage
12 slices bread
3/4 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
6 eggs
2 1/2 C milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 C milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F.

Brown and drain sausage. Trim bread and cube it. Spread cubed bread in layer on bottom of 9x12 pan. Cover with sausage and cheese. Beat eggs, add 2 1/2 C milk, mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Pour egg mixture over sausage, cheese, and bread.

Refrigerate overnight.

Heat 1 can soup and 1/2 C milk. Pour over egg mixture. Bake for 1 hour at 350º F. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Note: Butter bottom and sides of pan.
