Gwen's Potatoes Recipe

1 pounds new potatoes or russet potatoes
2-4 tablespoons milk
1- 8 oz. package cream cheese softened
cup sour cream
cup chopped fresh chives
cup grated Romano Cheese
tsp. salt
tsp. ground white pepper

1. Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover 20 minutes or until tender, drain.
2. Combine cream cheese and next 5 ingredients, stirring well.
3. Fold into potato mixture or use a mixer to mash potatoes.
4. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 1 quart casserole.
5. Sprinkle with paprika.
6. Bake uncovered at 350 for 30 minutes or until thoroughly heated.

Hint: This can be made 2 days in advance and baked when recipe is ready to be used.
