4 or 5 chicken breasts (single breasts)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 80z. sour cream
2 stick melted butter (melted by the stick, separately)
1 sleeve Ritz Crackers
poppy seeds

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook chicken until tender (I cook it in a crockpot or instant pot)
2, Pull into pieces,
3. Mix sour cream, soup, 1 stick of melted butter and poppy seeds together.
4. Add chicken to mixture.
5. Pour into a buttered casserole dish
6. Crunch crackers up.
7. Mix crackers and butter together.
8. Pour cracker mixture over chicken.
9. Bake 350º until warm and bubbling 30-45 minutes.
