Grilled Chicken Breasts 6 - 8
16 oz tub of sour cream
2 cans rotel
1 can black beans - drain and rinse black beans
1 can corn (regular or fiesta corn)
1 envelope ranch dressing - power
2 pkg noodles (Mark uses spiral noodles)

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl mix sour cream, Rotel and ranch. Stir it good and put in fridge to get it cold
Grill chicken - whatever seasoning you want. Mark uses Cajun and onion powder.
Once chicken is done, cook the noodles
While noodles are cooking, chop chicken into cubes
When noodles are done, strain them and put in a large bowl. Dump the sour cream mix from fried on top of noodles, drain corn and pour it on top, pour in drained and rinsed black beans and add the chicken.
Stir it up really good and it is done.

This is Mark's recipe and makes a lot. They love this recipe. You could probably not add chicken if you wanted it to be just pasta salad. Also might want to cut it back if smaller number to feed than Mark does.
