3 eggs
1 c. sugar
⅔ c. pumpkin
1 tsp. lemon juice

Dry Ingredients:
c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. ginger
tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
tsp. nutmeg

crushed walnuts
c. powdered sugar

1 c. powdered sugar
4 tbsp. butter
6 oz. cream cheese
tsp. vanilla

Mix on high speed the eggs and sugar. Stir in the pumpkin, then the lemon juice. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients together, then fold into the other mixture. Spread into a greased/floured 15x10 pan. Sprinkle with the crushed walnuts. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes. Turn out onto a towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Roll
