2 1/2 cup self rising flour 1 cup buttermilk
1 1/2 cup sugar 2 eggs
1 1/2 cup oil 2 oz red food coloring
1 tsp white vinegar 2 tsp cococa 2tsp vanilla flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oil,eggs, and sugar , cream together, set aside. Sift flour and cocoa. Add vinegar and coloring to oil mixture. Alternate flour mixture and buttermilk, beginning and ending with flour , mix well. Bake in 11x9 pan or 2-9" pans for 30 mins or until done on 350 degrees.

Icing-
1 stick margarine 1 cup chopped pecans
1 (8oz)pkg cream cheese 1 box powered sugar
1tsp vanilla
Cream margarine, cream cheese, and vanilla. Add sugar and nuts. Mix well and spread over cake
