Peanut Butter Pie
1- frozen deep dish pie crust
3/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp cornstarch
3 egge yolks
2 1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla
3/4 cup peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Bake pie shell according to pkg. directions. Combine sugar and cornstarch in a heavy 3 quart saucepan. Combine egg yolks and milk and gradually add dry mixture, stirring well with a wire whisk to prevent lumps. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wire whisk until mixture thickens and comes to a boil. Boil 1 min. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and peanut butter. Cool slightly , then pour into cooled pie shell
