2 C. Flour
3 Eggs
1/4 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix above with a fork.until quite stiff. Then knead on a board until stiff. Roll out to a thin sheet! Keep lightly floured. Fold or roll up in a small roll. Using a sharp knife, thinly slice into noodles. (Approximately 1/8 in. thick). Have chicken or beef boiled. Remove meat from broth and drop in noodles when broth is boiling. Cover and cook about 20 minutes. Turn heat down after they start to boil.

Grandma Doucette made these with me in San Diego during a visit. All I remember were noodles hanging over chairs or on the table everywhere! They are easy and oh so yummy!
