1 Cup pasta (acini di pepe pasta)
1 egg
1 tablespoon flour
teaspoon salt
Cup sugar
1-16 oz can Mandarin oranges
1 Cup mini marshmallows
1- 8 oz tub cool whip
1 -15 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained set aside juice)

Cook pasta 10-11 minutes, rinse in cold water. In heavy pan beat egg with wire whisk until foamy . Stir in sugar, flower, salt, and pineapple liquid cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. In larger bowl combine pastas and egg mixture. Chill 1-2 hours. Stir in pineapple, oranges and marshmallows. Fold in cool whip. Cool thoroughly, stir before serving.
