Ingredients: 2 C. White sugar 1 C. Brown sugar 1 C. evaporated milk or Milnot© 1 stick Parkay© margarine (do not use any soft whipped kind ) 1 package 12 oz. Nestle semi sweet chocolate chips (or 1- 6 oz semi sweet and 1-6 oz. milk chocolate chips ) 10 oz Kraft© marshmallow cream 1 tsp. vanilla add nuts if desired

Directions:In heavy pot mix the sugar together then add the evaporated milk stirring to mix well . cut the margarine into smaller pieces, add to sugar and milk mixture and stir frequently over medium heat until it comes to a rolling boil (butter the top of the pan to keep the mixture from boiling over ) once it comes to a rolling boil stir then only occasionally for 15 minutes. Remove from heat add chocolate chips and marshmallow cream. Beat with electric mixer until all is blended, then add vanilla. Continue beating until it starts to form blisters and appears to be getting firm. Add one cup pecans or English walnuts if desired. stir, then pour into a buttered pan. Chill until firm enough to cut into serving size pieces. |

Notes: Note butter the pan or dish you pour the fudge into before you start making it as it sometimes sets up from quickly. Makes 2 1/2 pounds. Keep swelling covered container in refrigerator and in freezer.
