Cooking spray or butter to grease pan
2- 11 oz cans Mexican corn drained
2- 4.5 oz. cans chopped green chilies drain
2 C. grated Monterrey Jack cheese (about 8 oz.)
1 C. mayonnaise
corn chips or tortilla chips for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350º F. Grease a 9 X 13 casserole dish. In a medium bowl, mix the corn, chilies, cheese is, and mayonnaise until fully combined. Spread the mixture in the prepared casserole dish and bake, uncovered, until bubbly around the edges, 30 to 40 minutes. Serve the dip warm from the oven with chips of your choice.
