¾ cup chopped onion
½ cup butter
¾ cup ketchup
¾ cup water
⅓ cup lemon juice or vinegar
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp pepper & salt

Directions:
Sauté onions in butter. Add remaining ingredients except for the chicken. Simmer 15 minutes. Salt chicken and dip in sauce. Place on baking pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Baste with sauce several times.
