⅓ cup chopped onion
3 Tbsp butter
1 cup ketchup
⅓ cup vinegar
2 tsp dry mustard
⅛ tsp salt
3 Tbsp brown sugar
½ cup water
1 cut up chicken or thigh, leg, etc…
Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onions in butter. Add remaining ingredients except for the chicken. Simmer 5 minutes. Add chicken. Cover and cook for 30-40 minutes on medium. Turn once.
