Bread Stuffing:
2 pkgs Pepperidge Farm “Herb” stuffing (not cubes)
2 onions
2 stalks celery
2 sticks butter
2 16oz pkgs Jimmy Dean or Jamestown Brand Mild Pork Sausage
2 eggs
1˝ cups hot water

Polish Stuffing with saltines:
2 sleeves saltines, crushed
1 stick butter
1 stalk celery, chopped
˝ tsp oregano
2 eggs
1 pkg sausage-optional

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Cook insides of turkey in salt and water.
Clean turkey in salt water.
Stuff turkey and sew end if necessary. Cover stuffing in neck with slice of bread and sew together.
Butter turkey well and add salt and pepper.
Cook 20 minutes per pound.

Bread Stuffing:
In large bowl empty 2 bags of PF stuffing. Chop onions and celery in food processor and sauté in butter for 20 minutes. In separate frying pan sauté sausage then pour half the fat off. Pour sausage in bowl with stuffing. Then pour onion and celery in and mix. Make a well and add beaten eggs. Pour in hot water & mix.

Polish Stuffing with saltines:
Mix all ingredients together then stuff in turkey.
