6 Egg bagels, cut into small pieces
7 eggs
Butter-spread all over casserole dish & cut in pieces over top of casserole
2 cups of whole milk
Paprika
½ tsp salt
Ground pepper
8 oz. Montery Jack cheese
8 oz. Cheddar cheese
1 lb bacon

Directions:
Directions:
* Grease casserole dish with butter
* Fry bacon
* In a mixing bowl- mix eggs, salt, pepper, paprika and milk
* In another bowl- mix cheeses together
* In casserole dish- spread; ½ cut bagels, ½ bacon, ½ cheese, then repeat ½ bagels, ½ bacon, ½ cheese; keep some cheese for top.
* Ladle the egg mixture over the bagels, bacon, and cheese.
* Top with cheese; and cut pieces of butter on top.
* Cover with saran wrap over night in the fridge
* Cook uncover 350°; 45min-1hr, use toothpick to check center...
