1-3 lbs. Beef Cubes
¼-½ tsp oregano
½ cup flour
1-2 tsp sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
1-2 cans tomato sauce
Carrots, Potatoes, Peas, Onions & Celery

Directions:
Directions:
Dredge beef cubes in flour. Fry in canola oil. Add oregano, sugar, salt, pepper, tomato sauce and 3-4 cups of BOILING hot water. Mix and cover until meat is tender (½ – 1 hour.)
Add carrots, potatoes, onions, celery, etc. Let cook another hour or until vegetables are tender. Add peas at the end.
