1/3 cup milk
1 diced onion
1 tsp parsley
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
¼ cup butter
Shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Potatoes, peel and cut into pieces. Put in casserole pan. Pour milk over potatoes. In small bowl, mix onions, parsley, and parmesan cheese. Spread over potatoes. Melt butter and drizzle slowly over potatoes. Add salt and pepper. Bake at 400 for 30-40 minutes. Optional: Sprinkle shredded cheddar on top.
