10 eggs
˝ cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
˝ tsp salt
2 cups cottage cheese, small curd
4 cups shredded cheese (Colby, Jack, or cheddar)
˝ cup melted butter
1 TBS herbs de provence
˝ red pepper chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add other ingredients and stir. Place into greased 9z13 glass dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes – shouldn’t giggle in the middle. Let sit and serve
