Citrus Cabbage Slaw Recipe

5 cups shredded cabbage
1 can (11oz) Mandarin oranges, drained
1 cup cauliflower, chopped small
1 can (8oz) pineapple chunks, drained
cup chopped green and red pepper

⅔ cup sugar
⅓ cup white vinegar
⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 tsp water
2 tsp onion finely chopped
1 tsp salt
1 tsp prepared mustard
tsp celery seed

In a large bowl, toss cabbage, oranges, cauliflower, pineapple and pepper. In another bowl combine the remaining ingredients and stir into the cabbage mixture. Cover and chill 2 hours before serving
