Center cut pork chops one inch thick
salt and pepper
cayenne pepper
2 T. butter
¼ C. flour
2 med Bell peppers (steamed cut into strips)
2 small yellow onions (cut lengthwise)
3 cloves garlic
2 cans chicken broth
3 dashes of Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Trim chop, season with salt, pepper and cayenne. Melt butter over medium heat lightly roll chops in flour, slip in pan 3 minutes per side. Remove chops, add peppers and onions in pan. Sauté 3 minutes then add garlic sauté 30 seconds to 1 minute. Push veggies aside, add chops, put veggies on top of chops, pour broth and sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce. Cover pan with foil and simmer for 45 minutes or until tender.
