1 stick Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Flour
1 cup Milk
2 tsp Baking Powder
dash Salt
2-3 cups Fruit

Directions:

Melt butter in a 9x13" baking dish. Mix the rest of ingredients together. Pour over melted butter. Add fruit. Bake at 350º for approximately 1 hour.
Enjoy with or without ice cream!

I learned to cook this cobbler with my grandmother from a young age. It is something I was able to teach my own daughter at a young age as well that she now cooks for her own friends.
