1 pkg. Dry yeast
1 tsp. salt
1 c. warm water
2 c. all purpose flour
1 tbsp. Caraway seeds
1¼ c. 100% rye flour
1 tbsp. Molasses
¼ c. corn meal for dusting pan
1 tbsp. margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add caraway seed, molasses, sale, margarine and blend in 1 c. all purpose flour. Then gradually rest of flour. Dough will form a ball and clean the sides. Cover and let rise 90 minutes. Punch down and let rise 60 minutes. Turn out on floured board and let rest 10 minutes. Form into a loaf (not exceeding 3 inches in height.) Place on greased, corn meal dusted cookie sheet. Slash top with knife 3-5 times. Cover and let rise 50 minutes. Bake at 375 for 50 minutes.
