⅓ cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cups sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. warm water

1 cup sour cream
2 tsp. finely grated orange rind (or lemon)

2 cups all purpose flour
2 tsp.. baking powder
1 tsp.baking soda
tsp. salt

1 cup fresh (heaping cup) or frozen blueberries

1 tsp. sugar
tsp. Cinnamon

In a bowl, beat butter with sugar, egg, vanilla and water. Stir in sour cream and orange rind.

Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir into wet ingredients until moistened, Stir in blueberries..

Divide batter between 12 greased muffin pans. Combine sugar and Cinnamon; sprinkle over muffins. Bake at 375 F. about 25 minutes.
