2 cup flour
cup sugar
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup milk
cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries

TOPPING:
6 Tbsp. flour
6 Tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
6 Tbsp. butter softened

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in a large bowl. Combine milk, vegetable oil, and egg and add to dry ingredients. Fold blueberries into batter and bake at 375 degs. for 15 to 18 mins.

TOPPING:
Mix topping ingredients with a fork and add good dose on top of each muffin. Use cookie scoop to fill muffin tin or liners that have been sprayed with Pam spray first.
