4 chicken breast

Outside seasoning:
1 t olive oil
1 t paprika
1 t salt
1/4 t garlic powder
1/4 t onion powder

Filling:
4 oz cream cheese
1/4 c Parmesan cheese
2T mayo
1 1/2 c chopped fresh spinach
1 t garlic, minced (1clove pressed)
1/2 t red pepper flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Use a sharp knife to cut pocket into the side of each chicken breast.

Add cream cheese, Parmesan, mayonnaise, spinach, garlic, red pepper and salt to a small mixing bowl and stir well to combine.

Spoon the spinach mixture into each chicken breast evenly.

Drizzle oil over top of each chicken breast

Add the paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt, garlic powder, and onion powder to a small bowl and stir to combine. Sprinkle evenly over both sides of the chicken.

Place the chicken breasts in a 9x13 baking dish. Bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
